Key People

Mark is a detail-oriented and technically proficient Tailings Engineer within his fourth year of hands-on experience in the design, construction, and monitoring of tailings storage facilities. He is skilled in geotechnical analysis using GeoStudio Suite, CPeT-IT, Rift deposition modelling and Leapfrog geological modelling.

While he is passionate about geology, with experience in geotechnical investigations, profiling, laboratory testing and understanding in-situ obtained engineering parameters he is also experienced in quarterly Engineer of Record Dam Safety Inspections, and the preparation of technical presentations, comprehensive reports for regulatory submissions, client updates, and internal risk reviews.

Mark joined ARQ Geotech in July 2025.
