Alan Parrock’s Retirement – February 2016

Mndwaka Dam- SAICE 2015 National Award for Water Engineering
Not only was Mndwaka awarded the SAICE National Award for Water Engineering but also recently received the first prize for Community Based Project at the SAICE Eastern Cape Regional Project Awards 2015. Situated close to Hole in the Wall, between Elliotdale and Coffee Bay in the Eastern Cape, Mndwaka Dam is being constructed as the storage component of the Mncwasa Water Supply Scheme, which will provide domestic water supply to 63 rural villages.
