Clement recently started on 1 May 2026 at ARQ Dams (Pty) Ltd. with hands-on experience in dam construction, hydraulic analysis, grouting design principles, and instrumentation data review. He gained experience across the full construction lifecycle through a rotational internship at the Polihali Concrete Faced Rockfill Dam (CFRD), progressing from laboratory testing and QA/QC to site supervision and technical administration.

As a graduate Civil Engineer and ECSA-registered Candidate Engineer, he is proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, TechnoCAD, EPANET, HEC-RAS, and GIS tools, with strong skills in 3D modelling, technical reporting, and data-driven decision-making. Clement is currently gaining valuable experience in Dam design and hydropower engineering.
