Felix is a geotechnical engineer who is an open-minded individual aspiring to further advance the field of geotechnical engineering. He enjoys challenges and personal development through problem solving and team leadership, working well in groups, to achieve project objectives while maintaining ARQ’s high standards.

Felix has a diverse background in geotechnical engineering with one and a half years in the tailings industry where he was involved in a variety of tasks from dam monitoring, reporting, site supervision of in situ testing, analysis of laboratory results and deposition modelling.

Felix has since changed his focus to the core geotechnical engineering field where he has gained valuable field experience, understanding the full complement of investigation mechanisms, and thus being able to provide the Client with value engineering from the onset. He has been involved in numerous geotechnical investigations from test pitting, rotary core drilling, logging and supervision, DPSH testing, project management, geological modelling, settlement calculations, reporting and advanced laboratory test interpretation.
