With 40 years of experience, Albert specialises in dams, large hydraulic works, remedial works, flood protection works, reservoirs, river flood studies and stormwater investigations. He has over 10 years’ experience as a Project Manager with international multi-disciplinary consultancies and has worked with hydrologists, hydraulic modelers, structural, mechanical, geotechnical and reservoir engineers, architects and environmentalists.

His key experience includes: Hydraulic and structural design of concrete/earth embankments, dam outlet and diversion works; Design of flood protection works, including attenuation ponds, canals and flood defences; River flood studies; Stormwater investigations; Contract documentation and administration of contracts; Liaison with Government Departments, Local Authorities, Interested & Affected Parties & Service Authorities.
